Dr David Brieger is an interventional cardiologist and Head of Cardiology at Concord Hospital in Sydney and visiting Cardiologist at Strathfield Private Hospital. He is a Professor of Cardiology at the University of Sydney. He practices across the full spectrum of cardiac disease and has particular expertise in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease and the management of atrial fibrillation.

A/Prof Adam Nelson is an early career interventional cardiologist and clinical trialist dual-appointed to the Royal Adelaide and Queen Elizabeth Hospitals in addition to the University of Adelaide and the Victorian Heart Institute. Adam has a specific interest in understanding the barriers to vaccination of cardiovascular patients and developing implementation programs to overcome them.

Based in Perth, Clinical Professor Michaela Lucas is an Immunologist, Clinician-Scientist, and UWA Immunology and Transplantation Laboratory lead. Trained in Germany with a postdoctoral fellowship at Oxford, she has published over 150 papers on T-cell immunology, drug allergies, and transplantation. A WA Women’s Hall of Fame inductee and former ASCIA President, she co-chairs the National Allergy Council and leads the PERTH plastic exposure trial, establishing her as a prominent national leader in allergy management.
