Registration Terms and Conditions

• Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Meeting.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%. 
• If you cancel your registration on or prior to Wednesday, 3 June 2026, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD $200. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
• The Privacy Act 1988 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent.  If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
  • Meeting delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)             
  • Organisers of future CSANZ/ANZET events
• If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
• By registering for the Meeting you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Meeting, in which you may appear, to be used by the Association in promotion of the Meeting.
• By registering for the Meeting, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Personal Data Collected” terms below. If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled less the cancellation fee above.

Your personal data will be automatically anonymised 24 months after the conclusion of this event.

The information presented at the Meeting is solely intended for Health Care Professionals. 

You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest scientific, clinical, therapeutic and educational advancements. 

You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.

Legal Claim

This agreement is subject to the law of Australia. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, Australia shall be the sole court of jurisdiction. 

Program

The Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only. 

Recordings 

The CSANZ plans to record the selected Meeting sessions, which will be made available after the Meeting to registrants. 

Insurance

If you are travelling to the Meeting, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.

Photography

Photographic and video footage will be taken during the Meeting. By registering, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos may be taken of you and other attendees at any time during the Meetings and may be used in media, including websites and print publications. If you do not consent please advise this in the comments section when registering or contact csanzet@theconferencecompany.com so your file can be updated.

• Room configurations are subject to availability and will be requested to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.

• Individual Bookings
  • A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details provided will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge the full accommodation costs on or after Friday, 3 July 2026.   • If the group is cancelled between 3 May 2026 and 3 July 2026, the credit card supplied will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation. If the group cancels their reservation on or after Friday, 3 July 2026, or fail to check in on the arrival date you have specified, the hotel will charge the credit card 100% cancellation fee equal to the amount of room nights booked.
• All guests are required to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in. If the guest does not wish to use their credit card, then a deposit will be required on check-in.
• Please be advised, the hotel will apply a surcharge of 1.2% for Visa, Master Cards, UnionPay and American Express; 2.5% for Diners and JCB Cards.

  • A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details provided will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge one night's accommodation cost as a deposit on or after Friday, 3 July 2026. If you make your bookings on or after Friday, 3 July 2026, your credit card will be charged for one night's stay immediately. The remaining balance for your reservation should be paid directly with the hotel on check in. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred during your stay are to be paid directly to the hotel on check out.
  • If you cancel your booking on or after Friday, 3 July 2026, or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified, the credit card provided will be charged for all nights booked.

  • If the group is cancelled between 3 May 2026 and 3 July 2026, the credit card supplied will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation. If the group or individual within the group cancels their reservation on or after Friday, 3 July 2026, or fail to check in on the arrival date you have specified, the hotel will charge the credit card 100% cancellation fee equal to the amount of room nights booked.
• All guests are required to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in. If the guest does not wish to use their credit card, then a deposit will be required on check-in.
