Vivian Bryce has a masters of cardiovascular nursing and masters of nurse practitioner currently working as an NP at QE11 and PAH hospital in Brisbane. She has worked in various roles across cardiology including the acute setting, cardiac rehabilitation, heart failure, cardiac outreach services and better cardiac care for First Nations peoples.
She is the Co- Chair of the Cardiac clinical network, a member of the CSANZ primary prevention alliance, Chair of the QCOR Cardiac outreach committee and an associate investigator on a MRFF grant focusing on supporting the safe transition of care for ACS patients post hospital discharge.

Professor Matire Harwood is the Deputy Dean for the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, University of Auckland; and continues to practice one day a week as a General Practitioner/Family Physician.
She has served on several national Boards and Advisory Committees in New Zealand including Waitematā District Health Board, Health Research Council, COVID-19 Technical Advisory Group and Primary Care Strategy at the Ministry of Health and the Māori Advisory Committee to New Zealand’s Minister of Health.
Matire has been recognised for her work with numerous awards across research, teaching and leadership. These include the 2017 L’Oréal UNESCO New Zealand ‘For Women In Science Fellowship’ for research in Indigenous health, the Health Research Council’s Te Tohu Rapuora award in 2019 for leadership in research to improve Māori health, the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners Community Service Medal in 2022 and the Butland Award in 2023 for Excellence in Research Supervision. She received the King’s Service Medal in June 2024 for her contribution to Māori health. She has 180+ publications, teaches in the medical programme and supervises postgraduate students.

Prof Robyn A Clark formerly held a joint appointment and clinical chair as Professor of Acute Care and Cardiovascular Research at the Caring Futures Institute, Flinders University & Clinical Chair & Director of Nursing and Midwifery Research at the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. Prof Clark has earned international recognition for her research program which can be summarized under the overall theme of increasing ACCESS to evidence-based cardiovascular disease (CVD) care for underserviced and disadvantaged populations this include population groups such as women, the elderly, rural and remote, those with low literacy and socioeconomic status, culturally diverse and Aboriginal and Torres Stait Islander people. Prof Clark’s career funding to date is >$AUD 30m. This includes 28 Category 1 funded projects and has a total of >300 peer reviewed publications (>110 past 5 years) 88% as lead (first/last) author
