AstraZeneca mini oral: Transforming HF care with a multidisciplinary nurse-led program

Friday, August 15, 2025
3:15 PM - 3:45 PM
Theatrette 7

Details

Join us for a CSANZ Mini-Oral with a Q&A, hosted by AstraZeneca, and engage with the lead clinicians from Advara HeartCare’s 2024 HFpEF Guideline Directed Initiative (GDI). This GDI identified ~1400 patients with HFpEF not on maximal tolerated therapy and provided relevant nursing support to achieve this. This session will provide practical insights into the program and enable you to ask questions to help optimise management for your heart failure patients.
The initiative was independently run by Advara HeartCare and supported by AstraZeneca.
