Registration Terms and Conditions
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Meeting.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to 1 June 2025, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD100. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
- The Privacy Act 1988 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent. If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
- Meeting delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)
- Organisers of future CSANZ/ANZET events
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
- By registering for the Meeting you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Meeting, in which you may appear, to be used by the Association in promotion of the Meeting.
- By registering for the Meeting, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Personal Data Collected” terms below. If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled less the cancellation fee above.

We ask for your personal data to facilitate your participation in this event. Your data will be used solely for this event and under no circumstances be sold or used for other purposes.
Your personal data will be automatically anonymised 24 months after the conclusion of this event.

The information presented at the Meeting is solely intended for Health Care Professionals.
You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest scientific, clinical, therapeutic and educational advancements.
You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.
Although the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand strives to present only current and accurate information at its Meeting, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness.

Participant Conduct

Legal Claim
This agreement is subject to the law of Australia. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, Australia shall be the sole court of jurisdiction.
Program
The Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only.
Recordings
The CSANZ plans to record the selected Meeting sessions, which will be made available after the Meeting to registrants.
Insurance
If you are travelling to the Meeting, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.
Photography
Photographic and video footage will be taken during the Meeting. By registering, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos may be taken of you and other attendees at any time during the Meetings and may be used in media, including websites and print publications. If you do not consent please advise this in the comments section when registering or contact csanzet@theconferencecompany.com so your file can be updated.

- Room configurations are subject to availability and will be requested to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
Courtyard by Marriott
- Individual bookings
- A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details provided will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee the booking. Full payment should be made directly with the hotel on check-in. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
- If you cancel your booking on or after Wednesday, 9th July 2025, or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified the credit card provided will be charged for all nights booked.
- Group bookings
- Credit card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 or more rooms. The credit card details will be securely provided to the hotel to guarantee the reservations. Full payment will be required on check-in at the hotel. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
- If the group is cancelled between 12th May 2025 and 9th July 2025, the credit card supplied as guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation. If the group or individual within the group cancels their reservation on or after Wednesday, 9th July 2025, or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified the hotel will charge the credit card 100% cancellation fee equal to the total amount of room nights booked.
- All guests will be required to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check-in. If the guest does not wish to use their credit card then a deposit will be required on check-in.
- Guests are required to settle any outstanding balances, including additional nights and incidentals, directly with the hotel upon departure.

- If you cancel your booking between Wednesday 9th July 2025 and Thursday 24th July 2025 you will be charged 1 nights cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking on or after Thursday 24th July 2025 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified the credit card provided will be charged for all nights booked.
- Group bookings
- Credit card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 or more rooms. The credit card details will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge one night's deposit per room booked. This charge will occur on or after Friday 11th July 2025. The remaining balance for the reservation should be paid directly with the hotel on check-in. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
- If the group is cancelled between 13 May 2025 and 9th July 2025, the credit card supplied will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation. If the whole group is cancelled on or after Wednesday 9th July 2025 or the whole group fails to check-in on the arrival date specified the hotel will charge the credit card 100% cancellation fee equal to the total amount of room nights booked.
- If an individual within the group cancels their room between Wednesday 9th July 2025 and Thursday 24th July 2025 they will be charged 1 nights cancellation fee. If they cancel their booking on or after Thursday 24th July 2025 or fail to check-in on the arrival date specified the credit card provided will be charged for all nights booked.
- All guests will be required to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check-in. If the guest does not wish to use their credit card then a deposit will be required on check-in.

- If you cancel your booking between Thursday 10th July 2025 and Friday 25th July 2025 and your booking is for 3 nights or less, 1 nights fee will be charged as cancellation. If you cancel your booking between Thursday 10th July 2025 and Friday 25th July 2025 and your booking is for 4 nights or more will you will be charged 2 nights cancellation. If you cancel your booking on or after Friday 25th July 2025 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Group bookings
- Credit card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 or more rooms. The credit card details will be securely provided to the hotel to charge full payment on or after Friday 11th July 2025. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out
- If the group is cancelled between Monday 12th May 2025 and Friday 11th July 2025, the credit card supplied as guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation. If the group cancels their reservation on or after Friday 11th July 2025 or fail to check-in on the arrival date specified 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
- If an individual within the group cancels their booking between Thursday 10th July 2025 and Friday 25th July 2025 and their booking is for 3 nights or less, 1 nights fee will be charged as cancellation. If they cancel their booking between Thursday 10th July 2025 and Friday 25th July 2025 and their booking is for 4 nights or more will they will be charged 2 nights cancellation. If they cancel their booking on or after Friday 25th July 2025 or fail to check-in on the arrival date they have specified 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
- All guests will be required to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check-in. If the guest does not wish to use their credit card then a deposit will be required on check-in
