• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%
• A fee of NZD50 including GST (approx. USD30) is required for each abstract submitted.
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, abstract fees will not be refunded
• If the applicant decides to withdraw the abstract, fees will not be refunded
• By submitted an abstract for the Conference, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Data Consent Policy”.  If you decide against your data being used, your abstract will be withdrawn less the cancellation fee above
• The allocation of accepted abstracts to either oral or poster presentations is not made solely on scientific merit but also takes into consideration the themes of sessions and programming
• The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the conference. Similarly, no presenter fee is paid to successful presenters
• If, after acceptance, none of the authors are able to present the abstract due to unforeseen circumstances, it should be withdrawn promptly
• The decisions of the abstract grading committee and the scientific programme committee are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Legal Claim

This agreement is subject to the law of New Zealand. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, New Zealand shall be the sole court of jurisdiction. 

Programme 

The Committee reserve the right to modify the programme, which is published as an indication only.
