This symposium will inform haematologists and multidisciplinary teams about the care pathways for patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (r/r DLBCL) across metropolitan and community settings. Chaired by Dr Adrian Minson, the session will provide an overview of the LOTIS-2 evidence base for loncastuximab tesirine, alongside a broader exploration of the Australian treatment landscape. Joining virtually from the UK, Dr Wendy Osborne will share broader international perspective and experience, touching on general aspects of treatment and patient management. An open discussion will follow, giving participants the opportunity to reflect on the evidence and insights shared, in support of informed, patient-centred decisions in practice.

Dr Adrian Minson is a clinical and laboratory haematologist with a special interest in novel immunotherapies for aggressive B-cell lymphomas. He has completed a lymphoma fellowship and PhD at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Royal Melbourne Hospitals investigating how to best use T-cell re-directing immunotherapies to improve patient outcomes. Adrian is an investigator on numerous early-phase studies using CAR T-cells and bispecific antibodies, and is co-running a program of Australia- and NZ-wide investigator-initiated studies using these treatments in key high-risk patient populations.

Dr Wendy Osborne is a Consultant Haematologist at the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle. She graduated with First Class Honours from Newcastle University in 1998. Dr Osborne is Past-Chair of the British Society of Haematology Lymphoma Special Interest Group, a member of the UK Lymphoma Research Group, a medical advisor for the patient charity Lymphoma Action and is on the Executive Committee of the EHA Lymphoma Specialized Working Group. Dr Osborne is the Haematology Research Lead in Newcastle and a Chief Investigator and Principal Investigator for numerous clinical trials. Dr Osborne is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Newcastle University and the teaching lead for the haematology undergraduate programme.
