Elise is the anticoagulation stewardship pharmacist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital where she has worked for the past ten years.

Dr Emma Leitinger is a clinical and laboratory haematologist and Medical Lead of the Anticoagulation Stewardship Service at Monash Health, with expertise in thrombotic and coagulation disorders. She is currently undertaking a PhD on anticoagulant monitoring in clinical practice through Monash Health and Monash University.

Ashleigh is the Anticoagulation Stewardship Pharmacist at Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG). Since 2014, she has worked across public and private hospital pharmacy, focusing on digital health and medication safety. In 2023, she received the AdPha WA and National Early Career Pharmacist of the Year awards.

A/Prof Lincz is a PhD trained scientist who has spent her career leading laboratory research in the Haematology Department at the at the Calvary Mater Newcastle Hospital. Her work has spanned areas of both coagulation and malignancy over the years.

Robert Bird was formerly lead, Anticoagulation Stewardship, Princess Alexandra Hospital. He has recently retired from clinical practice, but continues as Chairman of the Board of Education & Assessment and Board Director RCPA. He has a career long interest in classical haematology. Previous roles include: RCPA chief examiner, Haematology; Chairman of the Joint College training committee, haematology RACP/RCPA and Director of Haematology at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane.

Dr Lim is the Clinical Thrombosis Lead at Northern Health and Head of Diagnostic Haematology at Northern Pathology Victoria. Her main areas of research are in global coagulation assays and VTE epidemiology.
