Carolyn Crump has a background in medical laboratory science and has worked with the New Zealand Bone Marrow Donor Registry for 20 years. She has held Donor Coordinator and Search Coordinator roles before becoming Team Leader. Her experience has given her a broad understanding of the vital role registries play in supporting donors and patients’ transplant teams.

Biography
Diane (Dee) Murphy-Devlin has been working at the New Zealand Blood Service National Reference Laboratory since 2018 and is currently a Supervising Scientist. She previously worked in Blood Banks in both New Zealand and Ireland and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science. Diane has also been a member of the ANZSBT Transfusion Science Standing Committee since 2025.
