Tracy is the Myeloma CNC at RPA Hospital, Clinical Associate Professor, at CCRU, University of Sydney. Tracy has a clinical interest in assessment/management of symptoms/QoL relating to the treatments for myeloma. She undertook her PhD developing a PRO measure for steroid side effects in myeloma and recently completed her Master Nurse Practitioner.

Debbie Moore is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Malignant Haematology at Te Whatu Ora Waitematā. She was a member of the Clinical Working Group for the Raurau Ngaehe project, contributing to the design and implementation of an electronic prescribing and medicines administration system for adult and paediatric haematology and oncology services across the Auckland and Northland region. Debbie is committed to improving patient outcomes through clinical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Manpreet Gill is a Nurse Practitioner in Patient Blood Management (PBM) at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora -Counties Manukau. She established and has led the pre-operative anaemia optimisation programme at Middlemore Hospital since 2018, supporting evidence-based anaemia management and transfusion stewardship. She holds a Master of Nursing and has a clinical background in Haematology, General Medicine, and Dermatology. Her professional interests include peri-operative anaemia optimisation, iron deficiency, transfusion safety, and PBM implementation. Manpreet contributes to PBM and transfusion medicine at local and national levels through the Hospital Transfusion Committee, Aotearoa Patient Blood Management Working Group, Health New Zealand National Blood Management Group, and ANZSBT Transfusion Practitioners Working Group. She has contributed to pre-operative anaemia pathways and played a key role in implementing New Zealand’s first community-based Routine Antenatal Anti-D Prophylaxis programme.

Kiri is one of the Thrombosis Nurse Specialists at Auckland City Hospital. She has been working in the speciality since 2008 and finds this niche area fascinating. While working in the area of Haemostasis, she is now involved in Phase 1 and 3 clinical trials for bleeding disorders.
