Dr Allison Mo is a clinical and laboratory haematologist at Monash Health and Austin Health, and an early career clinical researcher currently undertaking a PhD with the Monash University Transfusion Research Unit, investigating optimal transfusion support for patients with MDS.

Ruby Garland is a transfusion nurse consultant at Alfred Health where she develops and participates in hemovigilance activities. Her second role is within the intensive care unit of Austin Hospital. She has completed her postgraduate certificate in intensive care nursing and Master of Nursing Practice. My primary focus revolves around the reduction of unnecessary transfusions and mitigating the associated risks to enhance patient safety.

Kaitlyn Wiltshire is a fourth year haematology registrar who has worked in Victoria at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Alfred Health; which is where she is currently undertaking her laboratory training. Her professional interests include acute leukaemia and transfusion medicine.
