Pieter is an Endocrinologist at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland. He has a strong interest in health equity and enhancing community-based care pathways to improve health care access. Pieter is involved in community outreach to both metropolitan and rural / remote areas and is the medical lead for the Diabetes Street Hub, an integrated community-based service that aims to deliver better diabetes care for people experiencing housing instability including homelessness.

Jane is a pharmacist working with the Diabetes Service at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. She collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support quality use of medicines and clinical education to achieve the best medication outcome for each individual. Jane is a credentialled diabetes educator and FANZCAP (Endocrinology).

Roger Chen is an endocrinologist at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney with interests in diabetes, diabetes and mental illness and transplant-related endocrine disorders. He is Conjoint Professor in Medicine at UNSW and Editor in Chief of Endocrinology Today and Senior Editor of Endocrinology Diabetes and Metabolism Case Reports
