Donna Wellins is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and Credentialled Pharmacist. As Education Manager for the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA), she has led the design and development of innovative learning initiatives, including the ADEA’s mentoring resource packs. Donna combines her passion for learning design with clinical expertise. She also works in primary care delivering diabetes education and medication review services to the local community. Donna also enjoys mentoring healthcare professionals and supporting their professional development.

Daniela Nash is a Registered Nurse and Credentialled Diabetes Educator. She is the ADEA Chair for South Australia and has recently completed her degree of Master of Nurse Practitioner at Flinders University. Daniela was awarded 2023 CDE of the Year in SA. Daniela works in private practice. She has a passion to teach diabetes self-management to people living with diabetes and mentoring new diabetes educators.
