Gabriela’s primary focus includes providing care for patients with diabetes following heart/lung transplantation, and clients with complex social needs, including those experiencing homelessness.

Timor Glatzer holds a PhD degree in Immunology (Leibniz Institute of Rheumatology). After his academic research career he has worked in the Diabetes Industry for 10 years. At Roche he is involved in the CGM development and leads evidence generation activities. Timor actively publishes peer-reviewed articles on diabetes technology.

Cheryl Lum is a Senior Diabetes at St Vincent's Hospital and Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney, providing nutrition support to patients under the care of the diabetes. She is the dietetics lead for the St Vincent's Hospital Sydney Diabetes in Youth (DIY) service.
