Dr Monique Francois is a senior lecturer and NHMRC fellow at the University of Wollongong. Her research is focussed on diet and exercise approaches and interventions for people with type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes. The foundation of her research program is built around developing and testing simple, effective lifestyle and behavioural strategies to optimise the treatment and prevention of diabetes and cardiovascular disease (CVD)

Dr Brooke Devlin (BExSci, MNutrDiet, GradCertHigherEd, PhD) is a Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics in the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences at The University of Queensland. Brooke is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian (AdvAPD) and Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES). Her current research focuses on chrono-nutrition and time-restricted eating interventions. In particular, Brooke aims to drive the translation of timing of eating advice into healthcare practice to improve the health and wellbeing of people at risk of or living with diet-related chronic disease.
