NDSS education, programs and services support people living with diabetes in Australia across different types of diabetes, ages, and stages. This session will cover the NDSS digital transformation journey to enhance the capacity of people living with diabetes to understand and self-manage their condition through digital learning experiences. NDSS offers digital service delivery of key evidence-based programs and innovative new digital resources to support people living with diabetes to access education anytime and anywhere. There are also digital online learning programs to help health care professionals and health workers improve the support they provide to people living with diabetes in their care.
