Rahul is an endocrinologist and general physician clinician-researcher and medical educator with special interests in diabetes in-hospital and digital health solutions. He is completing a PhD in diabetes in-hospital and has contributed over 60 research papers and conference abstracts to national and international journals and meetings.

Prof Wah Cheung is a former President of the Australian Diabetes Society, Chair of the National Association of Diabetes Centres, and Board member of Diabetes Australia. He is a current co-chair of the NSW ACI Endocrine Network. Inpatient hyperglycaemia and its management is one of his main research interests.

Dr. Ritesh Chimoriya is a PhD candidate in Medicine at Western Sydney University, where he is working on projects related to the complex relationship between obesity, type 2 diabetes, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Dr Kate Lomax is a Paediatric Advanced Trainee in Endocrinology and Diabetes at Perth Children's Hospital. As an emerging clinician researcher, her objective is to gain experience within Endocrinology and Diabetes, including special interest areas of newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes and models of care in type 1 diabetes.

James is a second year Endocrinology trainee based at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth. After graduating from the University of Western Australia, he completed Basic Physician Training at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. He has a broad interest in clinical Endocrinology and research, having published diabetes and thyroid GWAS research.

Greg is a clinical pharmacist and self-confessed clinical research addict across a number of areas. Lying within this addiction is a passionate curiosity regarding the inner workings of malglycaemia in hospitalized patients – both hyper and hypoglycaemia - and their relationship with hospital outcomes.

Julie Dart is a clinical research nurse and credentialed diabetes educator at Perth Children’s Hospital and Telethon Kids Institute. She has been working in diabetes research since 2006. Julie is the clinical coordinator for the diabetes technology studies and also works with the clinical diabetes team.

Associate Professor John Wentworth, MBBS (Hons) PhD FRACP, is a clinical endocrinologist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and clinician scientist at the The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. A/Prof Wentworth leads several local and multinational clinical trials including Type1Screen and Type 1 Diabetes TrialNet (Australia/NZ).
