Biography

Jennifer is Research Fellow and PhD candidate at the Australian Centre for Behavioural Research in Diabetes. Jennifer is project manager for Hypo PAST (Hypoglycaemia Prevention, Awareness of Symptoms, and Treatment). She also conducts research into psychological outcomes of people with diabetes, and up-skilling diabetes health professionals in providing psychological support.

Prof Chen is Senior Staff Specialist in Endocrinology at St Vincent’s Hospital and Conjoint Professor of Medicine at the University of New South Wales. His clinical interests are in general endocrinology including diabetes and thyroid disease. His research interests are in diabetes co-morbidities such as mental illness and cognitive impairment.
