Accommodation Terms and Conditions

• Prices are in NZ dollars and include Goods and Services tax of 15%.
• A credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified below.
• Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Conference dates only. 

Four Points by Sheraton Auckland

• A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge the full payment for your accommodation on or after Monday 2 October. If you make your booking after Monday 2 October, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.   A 2.5% credit card surcharge will be applied by the hotel.
• If you cancel your booking on or after Monday 2 October, or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified this payment will not be refunded.
• Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
• You will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in.  If you do not wish to use your credit card then alternatively you can pay a deposit on check in.
• You will be responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked at the time of check in and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel will apply a 2.5% surcharge to all credit card payments. Payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
• Buffet Breakfast is available for $28.00 per day per person.
• Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

The Grand by Sky City

• A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge the full payment for your accommodation on Monday 2 October. If you make your booking after Monday 2 October, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.  The hotel will apply a credit card surcharge of 2.5%.
•  If you cancel your booking on or after Monday 2 October, or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified, the credit card supplied as guarantee will be charged the full amount owed for accommodation. 
  Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
• You will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in.  If you do not wish to use your credit card then alternatively you can pay a deposit on check in.
• You will be responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked at the time of check in and any incidentals incurred upon departure. • Self-parking is available at a rate of $35 per one entry and exit per day.  Please validate your parking ticket at hotel reception prior to exit.  Parking is subject to availability. 
• Valet parking is available at a rate of $55 each day (or part day), unlimited access.  Valet parking is subject to availability. 
• Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Grand Millennium Auckland

• Credit card details supplied will be used to secure your reservation. Full payment will be required directly at the hotel on check in. 
• If you cancel your booking on or after Monday 2 October, or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified, the credit card supplied as guarantee will be charged the full amount owed for accommodation. 
• Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
• An extra person rate of $10.00 including GST applies when there are three adults sharing 1 Superior Room and using existing bedding.
• An extra person rate of $50.00 including GST applies when there are three adults sharing 1 Superior Rooms and requiring an additional rollaway bed.
• You will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in.  If you do not wish to use your credit card then alternatively you can pay a deposit on check in.
• You will be responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked at the time of check in and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel may apply a surcharge of 2% to all credit card payments. Payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
• Buffet Breakfast is available at NZ$33.00 per person per day.
• Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
