Data analytics helps universities to stay competitive and identify opportunities in an increasingly competitive Higher Education market. The session provides case studies and insights into how Humber College and UC Berkley utilise real-time market analytics to maximise return-on-investment, identify new opportunities and deal with the effects of major events around the world that affect student interest. It also touches on horizon scanning and identifying emerging target countries and subjects. Andrew Ness, Dean of International at Humber College and Jennie Akune, Director of Global Operations, UC Berkeley discuss their real-world experiences and learnings with Steven Mulligan, CCO of North America for Studyportals.
