Details
Ask yourself….do you “play it cool”, or do precisely manage your patients temperature?
Temperature Management is no longer just a question of whether a patient is cool, but has evolved into a complex therapy encompassing a complete temperature profile, from induction, maintenance, rewarm and preventing fever thereafter. The term ‘targeted temperature management’ refers to a specific temperature over a specific duration of time in an effort to optimise outcome.
During this breakfast session our speakers will share insights into the current practice and recommendations for Targeted Temperature Management for Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Traumatic Brain Injury, Inflammation and Sepsis. The speakers will raise awareness about the importance of adherence to protocol and upcoming research in this area of health care.
