Holly is passionate about supporting the emotional health of those living with diabetes and addressing health inequities in diabetes management.

Dr Harshal Deshmukh is a staff specialist endocrinologist at Mackay Base hospital QLD in Australai. He has trained in Medicine in India, has a Masters in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst USA and PhD in Genetic Epidemiology from University of Dundee, Scotland. He has done his clinical training in Scotland and Northeast of England as a NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow and then Yorkshire and Humber region NIHR Clinical Lecturer. He worked as consultant and senior lecturer in Endocrinology in England before moving to Australia.

She completed her PhD in the prevention of hypoglycaemia with technology in type 1 diabetes and currently is a clinical associate professor with the University of Western Australia.

Dr Melissa Lee is an adult endocrinologist at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and Werribee Mercy Hospital, and an early career clinician-researcher with an interest in advancements of novel diabetes technologies for the management of type 1 diabetes. She completed her PhD in 2022, evaluating the use of automated insulin delivery systems to optimise metabolic control for people living with type 1 diabetes and impaired hypoglycemia awareness.
