Giriraj Amarnath, Principal Researcher at IWMI, specializes in climate resilience and disaster risk management. With 20+ years’ experience across 25+ countries, he develops innovative climate risk management solutions aided with digital tools for climate adaptation, including drought monitoring and smart farming platforms. He leads anticipatory action programs, advancing climate-smart governance and finance for adaptation in Africa and Asia.
