1. Dr. Yuji Masutomi is the Head of the Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Research Section at NIES CCCA. His research focuses on assessing the impacts of climate change on agricultural crops and developing adaptation strategies using crop modeling and climate risk assessment. 2. Fred Patison has over 15 years of experience in climate finance and capacity building in the Pacific. He has worked on stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication programs. Previously, he was Solomon Islands Country Manager for SPREP’s PEBACC Project (2017-2020) and Ecosystem-based Adaptation Officer (2014-2016).
