Aysin is an urban and environmental planner with thirty years of international teaching and research experience. She has expertise in natural resource management, governance and collaborative planning. Her research focuses on climate change adaptation and urban/disaster resilience, water resource management, sustainability and urbanisation in subtropical areas and coastal cities

Annabel is a leader in the field of coastal and climate change adaptation, highly regarded for her commitment to clients, providing strategic direction to decision makers in light of climate pressures. Recent awards include: - Climate Change Premiere’s Award 2018 and 2024 - Planning Institute of Australia Award 2024

Anne Leitch has extensive experience in climate change adaptation practice and theory that she applies through working in multidisciplinary research teams in Australian and international projects to advance climate adaptation/resilience, natural resource management and integrating Indigenous knowledge. She is currently employed in the Climate Action Beacon at Griffith University, Australia.

Dr Scott Stephens is a coastal-hazards who specialises in extreme sea-level and wave analysis and assessment of coastal hazards for adaptation to sea-level rise. Scott leads the 2021-26 MBIE Endeavour programme called "Transforming coastal lowland systems threatened by sea-level-rise into prosperous communities".
