Elisa has 23+ years experience leading catchment and coastal engineering, science and strategic planning projects in Australia, across industry, research and government contexts. Elisa led the development of recent guidelines (Victoria's Resilient Coast - Adapting for 2100+) that provide the direction for land managers to develop adaptation plans to address coastal hazard risk.
