She leads high-impact client engagements with companies like PepsiCo and Mondelez, creating adaptation business cases that reduce investment barriers. Her expertise in qualitative research frameworks delivers insights that drive strategic, sustainable and scalable service design solutions.

Abena Ofosu is a Senior Research Officer at International Water Management Institute. She specializes in scaling research, facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues, and managing partnerships with multiple stakeholders in West and East Africa. Her work supports smallholders to access and adopt inclusive solar-based irrigation bundles to improve productivity and livelihoods.

Dr. Budong Qian is a Research Scientist at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Dr. Qian has authored or co-authored over 100 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals. He currently works on assessing climate change impacts on crop production and developing agronomic adaptation and mitigation strategies for the Canadian agricultural sector.
