Russ Wise is a sustainability economist focused on addressing challenges from rapid technological, environmental, and economic changes. His research includes developing economic theories for adaptation, resilience investment, and decision-making under uncertainty. With experience in Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and South Africa, Russ works on projects that build capacity for adaptive responses and systemic resilience.
