Dr Pia Treichel is a Senior Researcher at the International Institute for Environment and Development. A practitioner-turned-researcher, Pia’s work focuses on improving the adaptation options of the world’s most vulnerable people, informed by her decade of experience working on climate change in the international development sector.

Dr. Schmeltz is a nationally recognized expert on environmental health issues and has worked at local, state, and federal government organizations. His research and work have focused on the risk assessment and community risk perceptions of environmental and climate hazards and their impacts on the health equity of vulnerable populations.

Donovan is the Director of Informed.City and has 20 years of climate change adaptation experience. Donovan specialises in integrating climate change needs into strategic planning and policy advice. Donovan is also an expert in the Infrastructure and Human Settlements theme of the UAE-Belem indicator program

David Hall (tangata tiriti) is Executive Director of Toha Network Limited and Member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Sustainable Finance Technical Expert Group. He served as Independent Specialist Advisor to the Finance and Expenditure Committee’s Inquiry into Climate Adaptation; Contributing Author to IPCC AR6 WG2; and teaches climate action at AUT.

Jeremy Webb has over 25 years experience on issues of climate change and development, including 10 years with the United Nations and a PhD from University College London, "Exploring Preconditions for Effective Global Responses to Climate Change".
