Filipo Casella is a Disaster Risk Reduction Specialist Officer for UNDP in the province of Esmeraldas-Ecuador. He is a Civil Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in supervision and construction in emblematic local projects. He is also a certified Expert and has taken certification courses in Real Estate Appraisals, Foundation Calculations and Bridge Engineering.

Biography

Anahí is the national coordinator of the AdaptaClima project in Chile. She has a degree in Sociology, with diplomas in Applied Territorial Innovation from the Universidad Católica del Norte, and a diploma in Sociocultural Analysis and Intervention in Disasters from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She has a Master's degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from the University of Antofagasta. She has specialized in environmental education in water resources and treatment systems, and in Gender and the Environment.

Biography

Oscar is currently the Senior Executive in CAF's Climate Action and Positive Biodiversity Management. He is a Civil Engineer with Master's degrees in Environmental and Natural Resources Economics, and in Risk and Disaster Management. In addition, he is a PhD candidate in Sustainability. Throughout his career, he has held key roles in the public and private sectors, as well as in academia, where he has been a professor at several universities. He has also worked as a consultant and lecturer in areas such as climate change, risk management, environmental management, and public policies aimed at development.

William Solecki Dr. Solecki is a professor within the Department of Geography at Hunter College-City University of New York and Co-Director of UCCRN. He served as the Director of the CUNY Institute for Sustainable Cities at Hunter College. Dr. Solecki’s work focuses on urban environmental change, resilience, and adaptation transitions. Cynthia Rosenzweig Dr. Rosenzweig is a Senior Research Scientist at the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies and The Columbia Climate School, where she heads the Climate Impacts Group. She is Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Urban Climate Change Research Network (UCCRN) and Co-Chair of the New York City Panel on Climate Change (NPCC). Gian Delgado Dr. Delgado is an economist from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He holds a master’s degree on “Ecological Economics and Environmental Management” and a PhD on “Environmental Sciences”, both form the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Martin Lehman Dr. Lehmann is an associate professor in the Department of Sustainability and Planning at Aalbourg Universtiy. He holds a PhD in Sustainable Development from Aalbourg University.
