Sandra leads the bioeconomy innovation portfolio at WSP. Her interests are bridging the science-policy gap, land-based futures, indigenous forests and urban green spaces. She has worked in national and international organisations on sustainability issues in Peru, Italy, Kenya, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand. Sandra uses visual tools for sense-making and enjoys graphic recording, and advocating for systemic change and equity in science and policy.

Renee Raroa (Ngāti Porou) is the Establishment Director of East Coast Exchange (ECX), an indigenous-led data cooperative driving regional regeneration. She works with Toha’s emerging nature market infrastructure to embed indigenous values and data sovereignty, fostering transparent, community-driven climate solutions and long-term resilience.
David Hall (tangata tiriti) is Executive Director of Toha Network Limited and Senior Lecturer for Climate Action at AUT. He also served as Independent Specialist Advisor to the Finance and Expenditure Committee’s Inquiry into Climate Adaptation; Contributing Author to IPCC AR6 WG2 (Australasia chapter); and publishes widely on climate action.
