Biography

Liu Zehong, Vice Chairman of the Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization (GEIDCO), Professor-level Senior Engineer, has long been organizing and participating in the planning, scientific research, design, construction, and management of AC and DC ultra-high/extra-high voltage power transmission systems. Chen Xing, a Ph.D. graduate from Tsinghua University, is currently a research fellow and senior engineer at Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization (GEIDCO). She has long been engaged in research on climate change, low-carbon strategies, energy system planning, new-type power system and environmental system analysis.

Biography

Michaela Agtarap is an instructor and course developer at PHILCAMSAT. She previously worked as a maintenance engineer at Seatrium Subic Shipyard, Inc. Michaela graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Saint Louis University and is currently pursuing a Professional Master's in Naval and Ocean Engineering at TECH Global University. Mary Grace Velasco is an instructor and course developer at PHILCAMSAT with a strong background in engineering and maritime operations. She has experience as a Lead Contracting Specialist at Subic Drydock Corporation and as a Maintenance Engineer at Seatrium. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Bataan Heroes College and has COSH and IMO 6.09 certifications.

Ashishika manages the Adaptation and Environment Team at Auckland Transport. With a background in physical oceanography and climate sciences Ashishika specializes in integrating climate resilience into infrastructure projects, emphasizing sustainable practices, and planning for climate adaptation for existing assets. Dilys is a Transport Planner and Engineer at Tonkin + Taylor, having joined the transport industry in 2021. She is based in Auckland, and her work includes climate change adaptation planning, cycle and pedestrian infrastructure design, business cases, and stakeholder engagement.
