Biography

Akunna Penny is a seasoned researcher with over 10 years of experience in international development research including climate resilience, health and governance. Her educational background is in media and communications and public policy. She is a Research Manager with BBC Media Action. Manju Gautam is a development practitioner, with over eight years of experience in project implementation and research in various areas including gender-based violence, governance, health, and weather and climate information services. Her education background is in public health and nursing. She currently works as Research Manager for BBC Media Action.

Marc Zebisch heading the centre for climate change and transformation at Eurac Research in Bolzano / Italy. His work focuses on climate risk assessment (CRA). He was involved in CRAs in for Germany (since 2005), the first European CRA (EUCRA) and several local to regional CRAs around the globe.

Biography

Yamini is a Principal Strategist at Forum’s Mumbai office and has been working as Partner Director for the Forum and Royal Enfield partnership. She has deep experience in futures and facilitation techniques and has designed initiatives focusing on the future of food, transformative adaptation and sustainable value chain practices. Siddhi is a Senior Futures Strategist based out of Forum’s Mumbai office. She has been managing Forum’s futures projects with brands to civil society and development organisations. Her focus is to ensure Forum’s futures process and applications keenly consider contextual nuances and how they may impact change in a specific region.
