Dr. Rowan Dixon leads WSP NZ’s resilience and futures advisory, with deep experience in government and private policy and practice. Rowan holds a PhD in Political Ecology and a Masters in Planning, holding prior leadership roles at the Ministry for the Environment, the Dunedin City Council, and Fairtrade ANZ.
With a background in sustainable engineering systems, Toby is well-versed in climate change policy, adaptation planning, strategic decision-making and stakeholder engagement. Toby has played a key role in the delivery of climate scenario analysis and future thinking extensively in the private sector through climate-related disclosures.

Marie is a senior environmental social scientist. She has over 25 years of work experience having worked in academia, for research institutes, government and in the private sector. She has led major multi-disciplinary projects driving Māori workstreams. Working alongside tribal groups she has led climate adaptation strategies and development.
Eru is a cultural expert. He has over 30 years working in te ao Māori making contribution in broadcasting, radio, film, television and digital media as a practitioner. He has also held senior executive, govenance and high-level leadership roles in the industry .
