Biography

Holly has spent her career at the intersection of policy, politics, and systems change, with a focus on equity and climate change. In her role at He Pou a Rangi Climate Change Commission she is the Project Director for Aotearoa New Zealand’s second National Climate Change Risk Assessment, which will be delivered in 2026. She has held previous leadership roles at the Royal Commission into Covid-19 lessons learned, Te Manatū Waka Ministry of Transport, and the Helen Clark Foundation. She was also a member of Parliament from 2011-2014.
