Higher Education in cARdiology Training
2 - 3 July, Hilton Sydney 

The Higher Education in CARdiology Training (HEART) Course is being held from 2-3 July 2022 at the Hilton Sydney and will be providing both an Introductory and an Advanced program. The HEART Advanced Course is supported by the Cardiac Society of Australia and Zealand.

Who should attend?

The HEART Course is directed at cardiology Advanced Trainees, and any other junior medical officers who are interested in cardiology. The workshops in the introductory stream are directed towards first year Advanced Trainees and Basic Physicians Trainees. The workshops in the advanced stream are targeted at the level of second and third year Advanced Trainees.

What will the program cover?

The program addresses core topics in cardiology across our hand-picked lecture program, focusing on what you need to know, as well as any recent developments in research and guidelines. The Imaging, Intervention, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure and General Cardiology lecture sessions will have high-level, concise lecture content and then panel discussions amongst our highly-acclaimed faculty and the audience. 

Our exciting workshop program, which was so highly valued at HEART 2021, will return with new subspeciality stations. providing innovative interactive experiences for attendees, which is targeted to their level of experience.
